About Us.

Bridge Business Resources, LLC. was founded by Kristie & Ben McCarthy in 2024.  Both have spent their entire careers working for family-owned businesses.  Kristie worked 4 years in the health-insurance field and another 16 years overseeing Human Resources for a local manufacturing company. Throughout this time, Kristie learned firsthand how valuable it is to combine a small-company feel, with larger company resources.
